The replacement came very quickly and it worked well so I kept my promise to reward a great customer.

I made two rustic clocks so I ordered 2 of them. After a short delivery time, I couldn't get any of them to work, so I contacted MudderOnline. I got a quick reply from Jamie S. and when several of her suggestions to get it working failed she said they would send me a replacement. I told her if the replacement worked as expected I would order two more movements. The replacement came very quickly and worked perfectly, so I kept my promise to reward excellent customer service in the best possible way. I have ordered two more. I highly recommend this product and this company. I think your product looks great on my wife's new watch I made. What do you think?
