The level of expertise when it comes to solving computer related problems. They are very knowledgeable, they have experience in a wide range of technologies, their staffs are very nice; they are hard working. There aren't many issues I can find with them. I recommend using this firm for computer support issues. I am having some issues with my hard drive so I'm hoping to correct this issue here. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of computers, networking, software applications (Word, Excel)and general computer knowledge. Very professional with excellent customer service skills! I have no complaints about them as they provide great services at fair prices for our needs. If you need help just call or email them and get it resolved quickly!! We needed assistance getting set up from scratch. It was simple but we were able to accomplish what we wanted without spending too much money.
