I've become a vegetarian a while ago and I see everyone using tofu presses all the time. I usually just pressed my tofu with heavy boxes, which mostly worked. Sometimes it ruined the shape of the tofu, and sometimes heavy things I put on it would fall off. This press allows me to easily drain my tofu without worrying about anything falling off. Pros: • Easy – just add the tofu and roll up the press tightly. • Fast – Presses tofu in minutes. • Preserves tofu. Shape - Tofu doesn't break into pieces. Cons: • Label - I love minimalism and this product comes close. in and outline to the shape of your tofu. (I mostly use the super hard, which could be a problem, although the tofu press seems a bit dated as it can't press the tofu effectively.) • It only comes in one color - I like the options, especially for life. long-term investment. While I'm usually against single use, I would recommend this product to anyone having trouble pressing tofu. It's inexpensive and uncomplicated. This press makes going vegan that little bit easier.
