Review on Indoor Picture Hanging Strips Large by Brad Schaefer

I've been using command strips for years and I use them for EVERYTHING. I recently wanted to rearrange some photos and easily removed those that had been on the wall for over 5 years. When I used the newer pack for the same frames, 1/3 fell off the wall even though they were installed correctly (and often when I used 16lb strips to hold much lighter frames like I always do). We live in a house heated by a geothermal heat pump, so no change in temperature or humidity or anything else that could rationally explain this difference. Once we washed a wall the day before and I thought maybe that was the problem. but then a frame fell off the unplastered wall. I think someone is starting to cut corners with these things :/
