How can they make such a great camera for the price? I paid 156€ for mine. The 40s meant nothing to me. You can pretty much target a bird from around 30 yards away. The stabilization feature might not be the greatest. When the zoom is pulled all the way back and I'm holding the camera in my hand, I can't suppress the slight shake. Maybe you need to adapt? I'm still in the learning phase. I bought rechargeable batteries to solve the battery issue some people are complaining about. To attach the lanyard to the lens cap, please refer to the user manual, otherwise it may take you some time to figure it out. Another good feature is the size. Comfortable to wear around the neck. I bought a 32GB chip for $20. This should take some time.
