Do you really want to know what disappointment in grinding is? Buy a Chromebook! Then try to access your long files in Dropbox. I'm a writer who saves novels to Dropbox and I bought a Chromebook for travel. The device itself is light and beautiful, but almost useless for long documents. There's an obscure way to sync Google Drive (which comes built into Google Chrome OS) and Dropbox, but it's definitely counterintuitive. If you enjoy learning new cybernetic tricks, you might enjoy this. I just want direct and easy access to my long documents so I can get started when I'm not at home, but this machine presents a major hurdle for those who are used to working on a laptop or PC. Chromebook is no writer's friend.
