One of the arm mounts didn't rotate - it was too tight (and impossible to loosen) meaning it holds the hand shower handle in place , without lowering, but unfortunately it cannot be tilted back. My solution was to buy a separate power strip that I plugged into the system so I could fine tune everything (and add a few inches of height). The filters themselves work great and although there are a few plastic parts it's a lovely product that filters water well with a shower head that produces a soft shower that feels completely unique from any other shower I've used ( You can remove the flow reducer for more flow). Assembly was a little tricky, but that's to be expected with a system like this. Just take your time and use the instructions (and watch the tutorial video they link to) and you'll be fine. If you are technically incapable of assembling, consider asking a more experienced friend for help. Customer service came forward and offered a free replacement or refund and seemed genuinely interested in fixing my situation, but for now I've decided to just use what I have since I managed to use it for to get me running, and I don't want to create any waste.
