To be honest I couldn't use the device because I can't log into the app I need to work. I purchased the item and then followed the instructions to download the app. I downloaded the app and created an account. Did everything I was told. I downloaded the activation code from the email they sent. There were issues with Apple ID password which I fixed. I went to complete the account by creating a password and username. If you tap Next Step, the screens will return to the Apple phone screen with all apps. I pressed the Thinkcar screen again. Enter all data. email and password. Then press and the Thinker application will close and the phone screen will appear with all applications. Then I click on the app again and it takes me to the app login screen where I enter my email and password again. When I click next, the app closes back to the iPhone screen. So now I'm clicking again to open the app, but this time I'm changing the password. I do what needs to be done with the link the email sends. I choose a new password and enter it. I click next and the app login screen comes up with an email address and password. I enter my email address and new password and the app closes again and I'm back to the iPhone app icon screen. I've done this circle 5 or 6 times and now I'm tired of struggling with electronic software loops that you can't get through. Then I tried to call them but to be perfectly clear they are closed on weekends. Now I have to work during the week and don't have time to contact her about her work schedule. As it is I expect to call and say they care, but due to the sheer volume of calls I will be answered if the first person can help.
