I used bow ties to decorate lamp posts throughout the condominium. Ribbons were used to fasten them around the poles. The arches held their shape and glared in our cool, wet weather. They provided a lovely pop of color throughout the holiday season - and are still in perfect condition to use for another year. Cons - the color is limited to a combination of gold and red; I would like a combination of silver and blue.
