These mats are awesome and best of all do not harbor any mold or bacteria like the old bristles!I am a size 6 and both my feet fit on perfectly and my husband is a 12 and he also loves the mat equally. Just do 1 foot at a time! It feels fantastic and suction cups Work Great as well!
