Doesn't work for me with pillows and bed positioners
I sleep in the back/side combo. And I sleep hot too so I looked for a pillow with a high enough height when sleeping on my side and it helped me sleep cooler. It wasn't. This pillow sinks too much for my liking. As soon as I laid my head on it, I felt it sink rapidly. The pillow also regenerates very slowly, which isn't great if you're changing positions in the middle of the night. I haven't actually slept on it so I can't comment on the cooling properties of this pillow.
