
Bought a pan a few months ago and loved the US pan! I threw away all the old crappy, flimsy aluminum pots, slightly rusty and just plain useless pots I had accumulated over the years and replaced each one with US pots. I couldn't imagine how much better my pastries could be and I kept wanting to bake more. The Covid quarantine made me learn all kinds of new breads and they baked really beautifully in these pans. The lasagna baked evenly and came out easily in a 13x9 pan, and my cupcakes were perfectly topped and browned.
