Good sneakers. The 0 Drop is a nice feature on this shoe that takes some getting used to, but feels natural when running. The tongue is the only downside as other reviews have said, but it can be dealt with with larger running socks. Update: The shoes started falling apart after only a few miles with them. The plastic part on the back started to fall apart. The sole is practically new. Still a work shoe, some of the design I would say is bad.
