Okay, this rug/bed is so soft I'm petting it! My puppies are stealing my blankets and making them hairy and I tried the sleeper sofa, no so I decided to try one of these! Well it arrived a few days ago and right after I put it on they both put it on and merged with it. I swear my dog can't move after stretching on it! Every time I get up off the couch, they follow me. Well they love this bed so much they are now waiting for it to see if it's worth getting up and following me! Couldn't try the cooling side and that's okay! I don't know how it gets clean but the washing instructions are fine and it (the plush fluffy cover) is removable from the pillow mat inside. My babies are in love!
