Terrible purchase, only wasted money.

I went to the branded salon in order to select another model, and I chose one from series A because it was a gift. And according to the consultant, I should go with S20FE. I take it the series A is even more deplorable? The consultant told me that I was NOT LUCKY to buy a model with a "bad" processor in response to my story that this is an extremely unsuccessful model. She said that I was NOT lucky to buy a model with a "bad" processor. After receiving a large number of complaints regarding overheating and other issues, the manufacturer re-released the model. For people who were unlucky and for whom the flashing was of no assistance - well. These are the issues that the Native Americans are facing. "Try again. At this point, there are no problems with us, "The manufacturer bears the full obligation toward the customers whom he has let down in this regard. You should be aware that it is possible for a secret marriage to take place and for it to be discovered due to simple bad luck, because something "bugged out," or because someone at the celebration made a mistake. Yet, the fact that the corporation, while being aware of the flaws in the model, did not accept any responsibility for its actions and instead put all of the risks on the shoulders of the customer makes trust far more difficult to achieve. No longer do I wish to put my faith in "chance." In the 21st century, it is imperative that technology businesses be held responsible for the products they manufacture. But that's not the end of it. I had previously read the company's comments to evaluations on this model, and I find their hypocrisy and lack of professionalism to be extremely upsetting. According to Samsung, the user is always to fault for everything goes wrong. None of the responses demonstrate a genuine desire to be of assistance; rather, they just seek to "discard." Now here I am, sitting here, confused about which model of smartphone to purchase for my mother as a present because I no longer trust Samsung. I even urged them to offer some instructions to the user on what to do in the event that the user's smartphone becomes stuck in one of these jams. There are no such instructions provided; rather, there are merely guarantees, such as "take it, this model is fantastic." When I was younger, there was another huge corporation that, in response to a significant problem with one of its models, decided to replace it with an updated version. But, that is Apple. So, you should form your own opinions. My commitment to the brand was eroded not so much as a result of issues with the model as they were with the manner in which the company conducted business.

Pros
  • This is not the first Samsung device I've owned; in fact, I've used Samsung products for quite some time now. And within the family, each and every one of these brand's products. I've only ever had positive experiences. Well, not at this juncture.
Cons
  • In December of 2022, I made the investment on a model that was brand new at the time, the S20FE. This comes as a complete and utter letdown. The phone is inferior to all earlier models, even those that were only a few years old. 1. The overall picture quality of my photos is NOTICEABLY lower than it was in my S9+. None of the three cameras have resulted in an improvement in the photographs' overall quality. In addition to that, the camera may just hang for four to five seconds. If you are trying to capture a moment while photographing a youngster, you can forget about it since it is not going to happen. This one works well for things that are more stationary. 2. The overheating causes the phone to heat up and close any applications that are currently running. Just picture how much fun it will be when the phone suddenly shuts off the navigator and you have no idea where you are going. It has happened to me on multiple occasions. And this is a contemporary model from the year 2022. It appears that something went wrong. 3. There is a persistent occurrence of minor freezes whenever the number of open applications is reduced and new ones are opened. Even to a user as simple and unskilled as I am, such as myself, they are quite obvious. I don't even bother with board games! 4. If the phone is heated for a couple of hours, it will, of course, allow the battery to be discharged. These events and processes are intertwined with him in some way. I have no idea how to do that. And I have no desire to find out. I want the phone, which in 2022 is supposed to be one of the flagships, to actually function as a flagship, and not like a knockoff from AliExpress originating in China. Moreover, the functionality of this phone is identical to that of AliExpress. The customer service department provided me with the option to reflash the phone. I was required to reset all of the configurations by molecules. Reflashing the image did not work.
