Review on ClarityQB by James Roper

The ability to have a central location for all our queries and statistics. The ability to drill down on the queries as well and pull up the results right on the query. It would be nice to be able to have more than one user logged in at the same time and have query results be available to all. I believe the other comments are correct about the UI of the tool, but the ability to have more than one user logged in and have query results available to all. We use this tool for all of our query and reporting purposes. It makes it simple to pull information into Excel and make quick reports for management's review. The ease of creating reports using SQL queries was one thing that I liked most about clarity QB. It also provides a very nice mobile interface from which we could analyse our ERP systems in real time. Its UI needs some improvements but it's still better than other competitors out there. We have realised how useful this product has been as far as providing analytical support is concerned. This helped us reduce downtime by up to 70%.
