Fits 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. No leaks, no installation issues, no hassles with it. The only problem is that I have a Chrysler. I haven't tested this on YouTube so there may be an easier way to replace the heatsink, but here's how I did it. First a note: if at some point you think you need to remove a hose or line that is NOT part of the radiator (two large hoses, one smaller from the expansion tank) then you are going to bust your air conditioner and it will cost you hundreds of dollars cost to fix it. All screws are 10mm1. Disconnect the two plugs from the fan, put the cable aside2. The expansion tank can be lifted and extended without screws, you simply squeeze it through the upper radiator hose. pay attention to the connecting hose from the radiator so that it is not leaking everywhere. The radiator fan has a tab on either side for insertion. Then he has no screws or bolts. You will need to remove the part of the case where the hood snaps on as it sits over the radiator. There are a few screws exposed, then you'll need to remove the top of the grill to access the rest. To remove the grille there are two black pins in the extension fittings - use a flathead screwdriver to pry the pin out of the fitting, then reach underneath to squeeze the fitting and then up and out. There are a few more screws for the part of the case in front of the AC condenser (that looks like a cooler sitting in front of your real cooler). There is a screw on the passenger side of the radiator that holds it to the aluminum bracket for the A/C lines. take it off Now disconnect the top and bottom radiator hoses so you can wiggle the radiator for the next part. If you want to save a lot of work and mess, crimp them somehow after disconnecting them so the coolant doesn't spill all over the place. Next you need to disconnect the A/C condenser (the smaller A/C cooler). in front of the radiator itself) from the radiator itself - on the back of the radiator there are hooks that hold the condenser. That's the biggest problem at work. You have to move and push a lot. What I did was hold the heatsink and use my palm to smack the capacitor through its leads that ran behind the heatsink. Throw out the radiator, put in a new one, done
