One of the most important tips is if you are about to remove the original cooler, after loosening all the screws, you can lift the cooler up a bit so that the bottom rubber grommets come out of the frame, allowing you to tilt the top of the cooler over the back . a few degrees so you can bend down and squeeze the bottom plastic tabs to release the heatsink. Moderately easy installation for 2010 Chrysler Town & Country with 3.8 liter engine. The downside to the installation is a significant leak, which I allowed to flow into the coolant reservoir from a nicked fitting near the radiator cap. The loose connection was fixed simply by installing an inexpensive clamp.
