The overall quality of the collar is excellent. The only downside is the design of the buckle area. The Cobra buckle is beautiful and strong, but the design of the male part of the buckle is poor. The strap should not curl up into the buckle like this, as it forms a hard hump after it is closed. Ideally, the collar should fit around the dog's neck. The design should be updated so that the collar loop goes in and out of the male end and not in the same place. It is hard to explain. This company appears to be new and there is no contact information on their website so hoping you can find them and get in touch. That's the only reason I sent mine back. Couldn't get past this bad design.
