Works well, just heavy
The cap is really great quality. I do find that I need to heat the cap much longer than the recommended amount of time especially if I’m deep conditioning for 20-30 minutes. The cap is very heavy when you wear it for that long. No lie. Since it has the flax seeds inside it definitely carries some weight and makes my neck hurt a bit after a while. Other than that it does work and fits my head well.
