First of all, these bar stools have a very nice espresso color that goes perfectly with my furniture. They were delivered and assembled (hooray!) very quickly, so it was great. They are actually solid/heavy and don't have wobbly or uneven legs so I'm very happy with them. The only criticism is that the surface scratches very easily. I believe there was a chip on the top within a day of use. But now all the furniture is like that. It's not the first time I've been disappointed and I've paid a lot more for other pieces of furniture with this edition. Overall I am satisfied with these bar stools. Price, color and durability are very satisfactory. I guess I'll just tell people they're "disappointed".
