Facto HR makes payroll reporting easy to understand through well-organized modules with great user interface design! Easy navigation within module structure as soon i start working; no more switching between different tabs for various reports/paychecks etc., just one screen allows me see everything related at once without any extra effort or clicking needed.
Reporting options are limited if you have customizations that differ from standard setup (e g - date fields format).
