NOT 802.3at/af compliant!
This injector is NOT compatible with 802.3at or 802.3af. This is an always-on passive injector that does not support PoE PD detection/classification. It looks like it has overload protection so it may or may not cause damage to non-PoE devices, but it continuously pulses its output when plugged into a non-PoE device, which is definitely not a good thing thing is.
