This product works best with wire. I bought it after seeing the OOK video. Nowhere in the video was it mentioned that this doesn't work with all types of suspension mechanisms. Still a good product but needs further clarification from OOK for optimal use. Will not work with sawtooth picture hangers and no instructions are provided. You can play around with the sawtooth and warp it a bit so it can slide into the hanger, or you can hang your photo on a nail sticking out of the OOK hook instead of the hanger. in OOK Hook, right? Also, they no longer offer shorter nails for the smallest hooks, one size nails now fits all hooks. Just a small tolerable problem. I gave it four stars because the images they were used on were aided by sawtooths and the lack of guidance on the subject. A small flaw, but worth mentioning.
