Defective and incorrectly connected

After opening it was found that the cap was broken and when trying to connect it the ground wire was not installed correctly. It is not what it looks like in the picture. I just had to re-flash because there was no time to go back. It finally worked, but be prepared, this isn't a simple turnkey product.
