First the packaging was opened. I wouldn't mind if it was just a little but it was the whole bottom part. The toothbrushes looked like they had been taken out and moved. Second, the brushes I received are not the brushes advertised. I ordered the Indicator Contour Clean, not the Indicator Color collection. These brushes have multicolored bristles, two ugly orange ones! The ones I ordered (the ones advertised) have clear/white bristles with a blue indicator. Finally, since the package was already open, I pulled out a brush to feel the bristles. They aren't as soft as I expected and tend towards the middle.
