super cute and super small. They came in a small velvet pouch and both fit in the palm of my hand. Not wanting to add any more stress to my month I will have her show up on Christmas Eve with a message from her elf saying goodbye (as he is leaving that night) and that he is returning to the North Pole and looking after his new children and train them. I'll figure out how to include them next year. giggle
