Review on Kyndi by Matthew Goyette

I like how easy it is to use! It's not too complicated, but if you are unfamiliar with AI or machine learning this can be confusing at first- however, once you get used to what each button does everything becomes very intuitive. There isn't much for me dislike about Kyndi as of now. Maybe more features? If your looking into using an A/I tool then definitely give kyndi a try because they have been around long enough where there shouldnt really any issues finding one in most cases. We've had great success implementing KYNDI within our organization.
