Review on πŸ”§ Black Universal Grill Rail Mount - Camco 58183 Kuuma by Richard Ahmar

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very versatile and strong mount - one of the best I've bought for my boat

This mount is much lighter than it appears both in person and in the Revain product photos. When attached, it is very strong. And yes, the handle can be rotated 360 degrees and adjusted as you like – for example, not just two fixed positions horizontally and vertically. You can mount on any rail or pole, regardless of the angle of the pole, as long as you mount on a rotating axle. I was able to attach this bracket directly to my Char-Broil portable propane tabletop grill, which is a regular grill designed for camping or lounging in the backyard, not boating. My grill body is made of thin, soft metal, so while I could attach the bracket directly to the grillβ€”it's flat-bottomedβ€”I chose a flat bracket to permanently attach it to the grill, and that would be easy . for attaching and detaching from the support arm. It was a great solution that allowed me to install the grill on the bimini support frame. When not in use, the mounting handle detaches completely from the mounting arm and can remain attached to the bimini frame without taking up space or cluttering the seating area. The bracket is stowed in the glove compartment and I put the grid in the ski compartment on the boat. To use the grille, I simply attach my hand to the mounting handle, adjust the angle, place the grille on my arm (can be mounted either parallel or perpendicular to the arm), screw in the two mounting screws that are included. Lever and cover the bolts with two wing nuts I bought from Lowe for a few bucks. Did. This thing is very very durable and comfortable. If you have a boat with bars or rails this arm can be installed and even if you only have a windshield you will have bars because you have windshield supports. Seriously, take this mount. You don't have to drill or make any permanent modifications to your boat, and if you want to drill through the bottom of your grill, it either attaches directly to almost any grill, or you can make a mount like I did with a $15 wooden base for wood bases from Lowe's. * Edited with added images.
