We had great people working very hard at helping us build our brand awareness from scratch! They were constantly asking questions about what I wanted my customers' experience of me like as well as how they could make myself more appealing by adding content such as blogs etc so there's no doubt it paid off - the new website looks amazing too!! Nothing really though because things got very busy towards end which made them drop out of touch but if you are thinking of hiring someone just go ahead anyway. Very happy customer and have recommended their services when needed.
