I bought a speaker and the first one broke, connected to the bluetooth but made no sound. There was nasty black glue on the bottom, I expected a lot more from a premium product and brand. I own Helsinki and it arrived perfectly. I contacted Vifa directly and they didn't help me, they just told me to come back and order another one. I even told them I don't want to go through Amazon as the package was lost first. So I ordered another speaker for $200 and sent another one back which was later returned to me. This one worked and had the original firmware which had less bass than the new one. I really like the sound, it's very clear and detailed. Very good for acoustic music etc. I use it with everything but sometimes when I need more bass I use Helsinki. I would recommend this column as an additional column for certain genres. For my main speaker I would update the firmware or buy a Denon Envaya. Overall I like the look of the speaker, the sound is very detailed, the wool version feels great. The downsides would be quality control issues, customer service issues, and the fact that you can't update through the app or Mac, only through Windows. I don't have a Windows computer and I can't access it. The mids and highs of this speaker really saved it. I would love to hear Oslo and Copenhagen next time!
