at a good price. That's what. Installing Frontier was difficult. The installation wizard did not work. I had to call Frontier multiple times to get the information I needed. Either the DSL tech wasn't interested in helping me set up a device he didn't sell me, or he gave me the wrong information. Finally, after many phone calls and endless waiting in the phone trees (once hung up after 20 minutes of waiting), I got the information I needed. If you have Frontier as your ISP you need to: 1- get your DSL username and password (you don't know them) 2- find out if your DSL mode is VDSL or ADSL and then get 2 codes for each of these modes work before. You then need to call Motorola to get a link so you can download additional software onto the modem to accept the username used by Frontier (if you're just using the wizard, it won't accept all numbers). Motorola is aware of this issue with Frontier and is willing to help, but it's not that easy to set up. The border is a big problem. Don't call Frontier after hours or you'll get people who aren't as knowledgeable. Don't let Frontier off the hook. If you have a good rep (as I eventually did), they have access to all of this information.
