My item arrived on time and was great overall except one of the exacto knives broke in transit. It was minor so I fixed it within 1 minute. The problem is the yellowish/whitish liquid and particles that leave that ugly looking film on the blades AND on the blade body. I considered sending them back because whatever the residue is, it's stained/rusted on a blade or two and just looks gross. I'm afraid to keep them, but I hope everything will be fine once I've soaked them in alcohol. I've tried to find information on whether blades are normally shipped with a yellow substance/liquid on them, but I haven't been able to find any information to suggest this is even remotely normal. Choose! I don't think I will be using this company in the future.
