Terrible lag screw - hook

One look at the small Phillips hole for the lag screw and I knew I was going to rip it off trying to screw it into the stud. Of course I have. I had to pull out the vise to take it off. I had some unused screws from a Hex TV wall mount that I used instead. When I'm at the hardware store today I'll get replacement screws for other hangers. I hate it when they skimp on such simple things. The rest of the hanger works as expected.
