The screw hole for the bracket fell through and now I can't install it.

The screw hole to attach the monitor to the bracket fell into the back of the monitor when I was trying to install it and now I have a loose screw on the back of the monitor. This is very frustrating because my only other option is to use a base that takes up a lot of space on my desk. I wouldn't take his monitor if you want to mount it to a bracket as the screw holes are not of high quality. .
