Assemble this on flat surface
This is great for the price. I've been watching a cook on YouTube who uses this size pan. When you assemble it, make sure it is sitting level on a flat surface in order to get the bottom in the right position. In spite of a small gap near the clasp area, there was only a couple drops of leakage during cooking.
- I just used them once and they seem fine
- The pans aren’t ideal for cheesecakes
