I bought my parents a mattress and they thought it was too hard for them so I ordered this mattress pad to try and make the mattress more comfortable. This topper is filled with bamboo and microfiber. It's non-allergenic, which is important to my mom, and has four anchors to keep it in place. The topper is soft, dense and very comfortable. I liked the four straps because I thought it would be easier for my mom to put it on the bed and hold it on the bed. However, she did mention some issues with slipping straps. Again, in my experience, mattress pads slide, so I don't think this is abnormal. The mattress did exactly what we needed and made her bed that little bit more comfortable. He still works and both my parents are fat.
