I bought this in June 2018 for my husband as a Father's Day gift. Initially he liked it and seemed to help with some back issues but after about three months of use it started falling apart. Every time he got in the car, there were more and more pearls on the floor. I've always wanted to return it, but I just didn't have the time. Today I tried to contact Zento Deals but couldn't find any contact information. It's probably too late to return. In any case, the product has turned out to be inferior since we only used it for three months.
