My dog is black and fluffy but he is also hyperactive so he needs at least one nice long walk every day. Unfortunately, this can be quite a problem in the summer. However, after getting the Cooler Dog Vest, I have found that my dog can walk a little longer without panting and seems much more comfortable. The vest itself is well made and comes with a spare pack of all three ice packs. One goes to the neck and two to the chest, but only from below. Both are connected by an adjustable strap. I have to pull the vest on pretty tight because my dog is so hairy, but that doesn't seem to bother him. There is plenty of velcro to attach both pieces so it will fit a wide range of dogs as long as the overall size is right. My dog is about 70 pounds so I chose L and it fits perfectly.
