I've scratched my bumper pretty badly from loading/unloading the trunk. I measured my bumper and got a 36 inch guard which is the perfect length. For my car (Hyundai Elantra 2018) it's too wide in the middle and protrudes a bit over the bumper. 3 meters of double-sided tape is enough in the kit. to glue two strips along (e.g. about 72 inches). I did my best to be careful and diligent, but it was my first time and I really didn't know what I was doing. Because everything looks good from afar. Definitely better than the scratch marks it hides. Up close you can see that it was installed by an amateur and does not match the car. But I don't mind. OEM parts for my car are 7-8 times more expensive.
