If I could give this product a zero rating I would. It was shipped first in its own box with very minimal protective packaging. The box wasn't even sealed with tape. 1 of the glasses was broken when received - And as there were many small children in the house, the cup had to be thrown in the bin immediately. I thought it was bad packaging and left the rest of the cups, but three more pulleys are leaking at the bottom. It was like water was dripping from underneath, I thought maybe it was because the outside of the glass was damp and I wiped it off, but it continued to drip heavily. Don't buy them, they are completely defective. I am very disappointed as I have no money and no cups.
