The program has been very useful in our practice, we are able to access all patient medical records from anywhere at anytime! We can also see what was done by each provider so that it gives us peace knowing they have completed their tasks for any given day or week when having providers out-of -town/on vacation etc.. There may be some programs better than this one but I do not know them personally enough yet as well since there aren't many choices available here locally (we live about 30 miles away). This product allows me ease up my workload because now i am no longer required going through paper work every time someone comes into clinic asking questions regarding something related within his treatment plan which he had previously discussed during office visits prior; instead just looking online where everything gets recorded automatically without needing much effort put forth myself due too its convenience factor alone makes using these services.
