Works great and needs to be installed. If you know someone let them do it :) Not a quick change like a lot of people. You have to pull out all the normal stuff and then put it aside to pull out the old ones. Then reset everything. This is a job and is best left to the knowledgeable rather than the average handyman. You can do it, but it's not the typical job I expected and it took almost three times as long. You even have to remove the main pulley before you approach removing and replacing the old pump. Great pump but R&R is long and intense.
