I'm surprised there aren't more bad reviews. I have a couple of serious complaints about what I received. Firstly, the supplied plastic and steel discs were completely worn out. Literally half of the plastic discs were bent in half, as were a few steel discs. And it's nothing that could have happened during shipping due to the way it was packaged, meaning someone knowingly packaged and shipped the damaged hardware. My other issue is that the space between the arm mounts wasn't wide enough to cover the mount with the plastic washers. I ended up having to bend/open at least 3 arm mounts to mount them. As an end user, I do NOT need to bend any parts to put them together. Wallmaster: I suggest you speak to your QA department if you have one.
