I bought this item because I am having surgery and wanted something fully assembled. He received a thank you letter stating that the product had passed a thorough quality check. I beg to differ. One side had 3 of the 6 screws completely knocked out of the wood because the holes were cleaned (all on one side) so couldn't fix them, they just went in and fell out. If they really checked the quality of their product, they would see the problem. I am currently partially blind in one eye and was able to see the problem clearly. Your quality inspector must have seen it too. An absolute disappointment because I really needed it. Thank you Revain for getting my money back so I could buy another one which was perfect without any problems.
