Is This Tandem Too Tangled?

I purchased the FrSky Tandem X20 Transmitter with high hopes for a solid, reliable device. While I appreciate the built-in 900M/2.4G dual-band internal RF module, I found that the controls were not as intuitive as I had hoped. The interface feels cluttered and overwhelming at times, making it difficult to navigate and customize settings. The transmitter is also a bit bulkier and heavier than I anticipated, which can make for some awkward handling. Overall, I give it three stars for its technical capabilities, but it could use some streamlining for ease of use.
