I use this backpack sometimes because on some of my business trips I need to take extra things that don't fit in this backpack. but otherwise it's great. It's very smooth, protective and waterproof. Another small issue is that the luggage strap is so tight that it hurts to get in and out of my suitcase. This is frustrating when boarding and disembarking planes. The last thing you want to deal with while traveling.
