Review on Journeyman-Pro 5278: Flanged Inlet Charger Receptacle - 15 Amp, 120-125V, NEMA 5-15, Commercial Grade, Black Plug by Lokesh Das

I've had this product for almost a year, I really like how it fits my project. I bought a standard round plug to plug into this outlet. The fit was tight and looked good until the screws holding the connector/clamp loosened. I tightened the screws (not too tight as the screws are attached to the plastic) and all was fine until recently. The screws came out again and don't hold well. I'm frustrated that I have to waste my time taking my guitar apart to fix it. It would be much better if the clasp that the screws go into was metal.
