I love that they work on a timer. Install them at the same time and they will work at the same time for 6 hours every day. I set them to glow when I get home from work at night until I go to bed. They've been working for several weeks and they still shine brightly. I've had two cone holders that go into wine bottles and they work great. There is a rubber plug at the end of the battery and two other sizes of thinner walled caps are included. So if you have a smaller conical holder you can use a thinner rubber stopper. Genius! :)
