Need to convert 10-30 ungrounded dryer plug to 6-50 for my 220v welder. From a 10-30 tee to a 10-30 -Double plug made cut off one end installed this plug and routed my own separate ground to the ground rod. Works perfectly. The plug is solid and the wall mount was good as that's what I needed.
